V INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION
“CUBA-Health 2025”
Estimados colegas:
The Ministry of Public Health of Cuba is pleased to present the agenda of the V International Convention “Cuba Health 2025” to be held from April 21 to 25, 2025, at the International Convention Center, Cuba. It will be associated with the XVI Trade Fair “Health for All” and the II Medical Tourism and Wellness Fair..
“Cuba Health” is Cuba's major public health event and is held every three years. The convention is sponsored by prestigious national and international organizations and one of its main purposes is to discuss about public health management models at the global, regional and local levels, the strengthening of health systems in the post Covid-19 stage and public policies focused on health, especially the adoption of policies that contribute to consolidate the “One Health” paradigm as an integral health strategy.
The event will serve as a scientific framework for exchanging on relevant issues of the 2030 Health Agenda. The experiences of participants from countries from all continents, as well as the authoritative voices of health leaders and experts who will take part in the debates, will contribute to the search for consensus regarding the main challenges of global health as a guarantee of access and equity in health. It will also be a propitious space for the conclusion of agreements, the signing of collaboration agreements, and the adoption of strategic declarations in the field of health.
With its hospitality, Havana will favor all participants with spare moments of recreation, visits to institutions and heritage sites in direct contact with the Cuban people, which will contribute to strengthen the relations of friendship and collaboration.
